Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us immediately.

For bulk or wholesale payments:

We can provide special payment links or bank transfer details if required.

In case of a failed transaction but amount is debited, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
